Customer Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched and before production begins.
If cancellation is accepted before shipment, the full purchase amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Orders already handed over to the delivery carrier cannot be cancelled.

Returns
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must meet the conditions below:

The product must be unused and remain in original condition.
All original packaging must be included with the return.
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be supplied.

Please contact customer support before sending any product back. Return instructions must be issued first and followed correctly.
Customers will not pay more than one total shipping fee, including original delivery and return shipping when applicable.
Returned products will not be charged restocking fees.

Refunds
After the returned item arrives and is inspected, you will receive an email confirming completion of the return review.
You will be notified whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method, usually within several business days depending on the payment provider.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:

Review your bank account again.
Contact your credit card issuer, as posting may take additional time.
Contact your bank, since refund processing times may vary.

Return Shipping
Return instructions will be provided once the return is approved.
Returns due to personal preference or customer-related reasons may require the customer to cover return shipping.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items, return shipping costs will be covered.
