Fulfillment Time
Most successfully paid orders are fulfilled and shipped within five business days.
Once the package has left the fulfillment location, delivery generally takes 10–20 business days based on destination and carrier service conditions.
Transit time may be affected by:
• Customs processing, review, or inspection
• Carrier transportation delays
• Weather disruptions or operational delays
We appreciate your understanding if unexpected delays occur.
Shipment Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed automatically after your package is dispatched.
Tracking details may be used through standard delivery tracking services.

Shipping Cost
Each order includes a fixed international shipping cost of $2.99 USD.

Shipping Address Corrections
Address changes must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order date.
Once order processing begins, shipping corrections may not be possible.

Alternative Delivery Information
Customers may provide a shipping address different from the billing address.
Processing Schedule
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Weekend orders are normally processed on the following business day.
